A random sparse matrix for the crystallization of biological macromolecules, with or without lipic matrices such as the lipidic cubic phase. The Cubic™ Screen is a set of 96 formulations compatible with monoolein-based lipidic cubic phases. 1.7 ml each prepared with ultra-pure chemicals and water (18.2 Megohm-cm), followed by sterile 0.22 micron filtration into a sterile 96 deep well matrix block plate that is sealed with a sterile reusable Matte cover.
