Ordering from Emerald Bio
For web site orders, we accept Visa and MasterCard as well as Purchase Orders (POs) from approved, registered organizations. For telephone, mail, in-person and fax orders, we accept U.S. dollars by check drawn from a U.S. bank, money orders, or wire transfer.

Please provide the following information:
- Name, telephone, and fax numbers
- Purchase order number (if applicable)
- Organization name and "attention to" contact
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Product description and quantity
Continental U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Two-day delivery or FedEx Priority Overnight delivery.
International orders are normally shipped via FedEx Priority - International service with delivery in 2 to 5 working days.
F.O.B. point is in Bainbridge Island, WA U.S.A.
Any additional freight costs will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties. Please provide your VAT # or certificate of VAT exemptions (if applicable). For deliveries with a Broker, please include Broker's phone number, agent name and address. Please make payments in U.S. dollars by check drawn from a U.S. bank, a money order, or a wire transfer. Please note that any bank or service charges will be charged back to the customer. Credit Card orders are welcome. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please view our International Distributors to order our products locally.
Please inspect all packages upon receipt and inform Emerald Bio immediately of any damage or problems. In case of damage, please retain the shipping box and any other documentation of damage. Damaged products will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. Returns can be accepted, subject to approval from Emerald Bio, if we are notiﬁed within 10 working days of receipt through the issuance of a Return Authorization Number. If products have been shipped to you in error, they are returnable for credit, replacement, or exchange provided the items are returned with their shrink-wrap intact. No shipping costs will be applied for items that are returned because of an error on our part. The shipping costs for items returned as a result of a customer error will be paid by the customer. E-screens™ custom screens are not returnable or refundable. Emerald Bio, Inc. does not offer any warranty, expressed or implied, on E-screens™ custom screens, solutions, and buffers. Chemical compatibility of customer provided screens is the responsibility of the customer. Shelf life for E-screens™ custom screens may vary and is not warranted or guaranteed.
